Finding Freedom in Groundlessness: Embracing Uncertainty with Buddhist Wisdom
This retreat offers us a unique opportunity to explore how we can find peace not through certainty, but by learning to rest in the ever-changing flow of life. Through guided teachings, meditation sessions, and thoughtful discussions, we'll dive into practical Buddhist wisdom that helps us navigate life's inherent uncertainties with greater ease and clarity.
The retreat serves two wonderful purposes:
- A Mindfulness Learning Experience: Open to anyone interested in secular Buddhist teachings and mindfulness practices, whether you're a longtime listener or completely new to these concepts.
- A Podcast Community Reunion: A chance for our podcast community members to finally meet in person! After years of connecting through virtually, we can now share space, practice together, and build deeper connections.
