I’m happy to announce that there is now an online (email based) version of my popular “Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation” course. This course is normally taught in-person in Kamas, UT (near Park City) for FREE but now it’s available online. This is a new process so please feel free to provide me with any feedback or tips on how to improve the course. If you’re interested in learning about Buddhism and Meditation, this is a great place to start. Fill out the form on the right and get started.

Sincerely,

Noah Rasheta

I’ve been reading books about Buddhism for the last ten months or so. As an atheist, so many dogmatic or Buddha as a deity books and ideas, have been frustrating to get through because I believe the philosophy is so simple, honest, useful, and what the world needs. Your podcasts has been such serendipitous gift that has allowed me to connect to Buddhism in the way I had been hoping for. Thank you very much for your knowledge, Noah

I have dabbled off and on with spiritual and non spiritual beliefs in many different religions over the course of the last 3 or 4 years. Recently I’ve stumbled upon your podcast and was listening to them daily on my long commute to and from work. This last weakend I got myself into some trouble with law enforcement and have hit a brick wall metaphorically in my life. I thought I had already hit rock bottom and then j woke up in jail thinking this ground is much much harder. Awaiting court hearings and preceedings the only thing that helps me calm down is to remember my breathing and listening to your voice in a podcast. Sincerely graceful for what you have done for me and others whether it’s apparent or not. You’ve subtly changed my life through the teachings of Buddha. Thank you. Ryan.

I just signed up for the emails…I’m an atheist but think I have floundered for years. I know there is a better path in this life and hope this will bring some peace.

I, too, love Taoism. And find that Secular Buddhism and Taoism live beautifully together.
